Anxiety Therapy
Are You Looking To Deal With Your Anxiety Head On?
Have you been struggling with persistent feelings of anxiety that impact your day-to-day life and functioning?
Do you get regularly overwhelmed by excessive worry, stress, or fear?
Have you been experiencing any of the following negative symptoms:
Rumination, overthinking, or overanalyzing?
Restlessness, irritability, or anger?
Emotional outbursts or panic attacks?
Perhaps you’re experiencing anxiety in everyday situations, and often without any clear or immediate cause. Or maybe you’ve been feeling a more subtle sense of dread or unease for a while that you just can’t move past.
Anxiety Can Negatively Impact Every Aspect Of Your Life
You could be falling into avoidant behaviors, steering clear of social interactions entirely, furthering your isolation. Or you may be feeling completely out of control, engaging in reckless or risky behaviors as a coping mechanism. Your anxiety may be impacting your friendships, family dynamics, or professional relationships.
You may have already tried traditional therapy only to find yourself still struggling or stuck. But intensive therapy can offer you a comprehensive yet flexible treatment option if you’re looking to address your anxiety directly. Consistent therapy in an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program can help you get a handle on your anxiety more quickly and effectively so you can move forward with your life.

Anxiety Is Incredibly Common And Yet Highly Treatable
There are so many factors that can contribute to anxiety. Political uncertainty and economic pressure leave many worrying about their most basic needs. When problems at work or in relationships are added to the mix, many experience anxiety as part of their everyday life.
On top of this, our constant exposure to news, social media, and work notifications creates an environment of overstimulation, which can lead to mental and emotional burnout. It’s no wonder, then, that anxiety ranks among the most common mental health struggles, with many suffering from chronic and long-term symptoms.
Sometimes Outside Support Is Needed To Address Anxiety
Despite anxiety being so common, it can also prove to be an isolating experience—and isolation typically only increases the symptoms of anxiety. Sometimes, outside support is needed to break the cycle—whether from family or friends or, in other cases, through therapy.
Often, those struggling with anxiety simply lack the tools or knowledge to manage their symptoms. It’s easy for us to get used to the feeling without realizing that a better state of mind is within reach. But IOP counseling can help you treat not only the symptoms of your anxiety but the causes, which fosters both short-term relief and long-term healing.
An IOP Program For Anxiety Can Accelerate Your Healing
When you have unaddressed or unresolved anxiety, you might need a more consistent and immersive setting to propel your healing journey forward. An intensive outpatient program for anxiety can offer you the community support to make strides that would take much longer with more traditionally structured therapy.
In our program, you’ll have the option to participate in therapy sessions five days per week, for 3.5 hours each day, in both individual and group settings. Through consistent effort and engagement, we will work to get to the root causes of your anxiety so we can build toward healing and lasting change.
An Immersive Yet Flexible Approach To Anxiety Therapy
Our IOP program can help you get your anxiety under control by combining treatment modalities such as:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – A traditional form of psychotherapy, CBT can help you identify and reframe negative thought patterns that are causing or contributing to your anxiety.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Rooted in elements of CBT, DBT can help you cope with some of the more intense symptoms of anxiety.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) – Based on elements of energy psychology, EFT can help you release stored energy related to your anxiety.
We take a holistic approach to nervous system regulation and healing. With CBT, we will explore and address how negative thought patterns contribute to your stress or emotional dysregulation.
Energy psychology practices like EFT complement this by addressing the body’s energetic blockages that may be tied to unresolved emotions like trauma. And other mindfulness techniques can also help you stay grounded and reduce reactivity.
We want you to remember that you don’t have to go through this alone. And with the right support system, healing is not only possible—it’s well within your reach. Our program can offer you vital resources to help you move through your anxiety in a safe and supportive setting alongside so many others who are struggling with similar issues. A more peaceful, fulfilling life awaits you—and with the help of anxiety therapy, we can help you get there.
You May Still Have Some Questions About Anxiety Therapy…
I have a full schedule and don’t know if I’ll have enough time to consistently attend sessions.
We understand and try to be as flexible as possible. Our group schedule runs Sunday through Thursday mornings. We offer both daytime and evening options to meet varying scheduling needs. Fridays are available for case management and individual therapy as needed.
I’m skeptical about the effectiveness of therapy, especially online therapy.
What makes our program distinct is that you will receive the feedback and support of peers who are experiencing similar difficulties. We combine the latest neuroscience research with more traditionally effective modalities like CBT and DBT to offer you a holistic approach to healing.
I’m concerned about the cost of anxiety counseling.
We are an insurance-based IOP. Most of our clients will be receiving services that are widely covered by their commercial insurance carrier. We will help you better understand your benefits and work closely with your insurance provider to make sure you understand your portion of the treatment costs as a co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible.
