Welcome.

Rising Up helps Massachusetts adults who need more than weekly therapy get structured, insurance-based support without putting their lives on hold.

We may be a fit for people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, postpartum depression, or family stress related to addiction—and weekly therapy no longer feels like enough.

We are virtual across Massachusetts, with optional access to our on-site computer lab in Buzzards Bay. The program includes structured group sessions 3–5 days per week, 3 hours per day, for up to 12 weeks. Clients receive group support as well as 1:1 care with a psychiatrist and case manager.

We work with insurance and help patients understand their benefits during the consultation process.

We collaborate with referring therapists when your client needs more support than weekly outpatient therapy can provide.

Directions from Plymouth:

  1. Start in downtown Plymouth, heading west on Court Street (Route 3A) toward Water Street.

  2. Continue straight onto Samoset Street (Route 44 West).

  3. At the rotary, follow signs for Route 3 South / US-6 West toward the Cape Cod Canal.

  4. Merge onto Route 3 South and continue for about 14 miles.

  5. Take Exit 1A for US-6 West / Bourne Bridge / Buzzards Bay.

  6. Continue on US-6 West and cross the Sagamore Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal.

  7. Once across the bridge, take the Scenic Highway (US-6) exit toward Bourne.

  8. Drive about 4 miles along the Scenic Highway, enjoying views of the canal.

  9. Pass The Trading Post Lounge (a well-known local restaurant near the Rotary) on your right.

  10. At the Bourne Rotary, follow signs for Buzzards Bay / Main Street.

  11. Continue onto Main Street (Route 28 South) into downtown Buzzards Bay.

  12. As you enter downtown, you’ll pass The Mezza Luna Restaurant on your left — a local landmark by the canal.

  13. Continue another 0.2 miles to 258 Main Street, which will be on your left.
