Leigh-Ann Larson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Grief Educator, and Energy Psychology Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience guiding individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. She is the Founder of Rising Up, LLC—a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults—and the Founder and CEO of Elevate Counseling Services, a thriving multi-location group practice in Massachusetts.

Leigh-Ann is deeply passionate about treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Her integrative approach blends science with intuition, drawing from evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and EFT, alongside energy psychology, mindful movement, and expressive therapies. As a Certified Grief Educator and respected voice in intuitive leadership, she offers not only a safe space for healing but also mentorship to professionals seeking to grow in this work.

Through Rising Up, Leigh-Ann has assembled a team of compassionate, like-minded clinicians dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality care for adults (18+) whose mental health symptoms are interfering with daily life. Her vision is to create a collaborative, supportive environment that works in harmony with clients’ existing therapy or psychiatric care—while also exploring the emotional and energetic layers that often go unaddressed. In her leadership role, Leigh-Ann provides ongoing staff training in energy psychology techniques, seamlessly integrating nervous system regulation and brain-based healing into both group and individual sessions.
