Kolby is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who brings a relational and holistic approach to healing. With a deep commitment to fostering meaningful connections, Kolby supports individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and substance use with care, curiosity, and compassion.

She holds an Associate’s degree in Human Services from Bristol Community College, along with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Bridgewater State University. Kolby’s passion lies in helping clients feel seen, safe, and supported as they move toward healing and growth. In her role as Clinical Supervisor, she offers guidance rooted in clinical expertise and a heart-centered presence that empowers both clients and clinicians.
