Erin Sullivan

Erin Sullivan, LMHC has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, working in both outpatient and school settings providing both individual and group treatment. She has extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults managing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders. Erin is dedicated to helping others in a compassionate, positive way—focusing on each person’s strengths and resilience. She also incorporates her therapy dog into sessions to help clients feel more comfortable, supported, and engaged in the healing process. Her warm, strength-based approach creates a safe environment where clients can grow, heal, and reach their full potential.
