For more than two decades, Dawn Nardi has dedicated her career to walking alongside people on their journey toward stability, healing, and empowerment. A heart-centered professional with a gift for connection, Dawn blends her academic training, extensive case management experience, and lived wisdom to offer compassionate, practical support to individuals and families navigating life’s toughest challenges.
Dawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Social Work from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, with a minor in African and African-American Studies—a foundation that shapes her deep commitment to equitable, culturally informed care.
Throughout her 20+ year career, Dawn has served in a variety of case management and care coordination roles across mental health, homelessness services, and community support systems. She has a particular passion for helping those who have faced significant barriers, guiding clients toward resources, stability, and self-advocacy with empathy and precision.
Her areas of expertise include intake and assessment, advocacy, empowerment, care coordination, and public benefits navigation (EAEDC, TANF, SSI, SSDI, Section 8, MRVP, and AHVP). She works skillfully with individuals impacted by mental health challenges, homelessness, domestic violence, disabilities, and substance use—always holding the belief that with the right support, every person has the capacity to rebuild and rise.
